Tomorrow will be 8th August 2007 and most schools in Singapore will be celebrating National Day. It is a special day for all of us Singaporeans and it is a prideful event to participate in. If our forefathers had not toiled so hard many years ago, we would not have this day.
This is a new thread that allows you to post your thoughts about National Day as well as your reflections about this coming National Day.
A good website to visit would be http://www.ndp.org.sg/, especially if you like to hear and sing to the beat of the National Day songs. Do take time to rest apart from completing the homework too. Pace yourselves and have good rest too, don't forget.

okie doky.Just one question.
Why our school don't have some of these songs?
Those songs in school are in MP3 format and are downloaded. But this one is from broadband, internet. We can listen it from school too, actually. =)
ermmm btw happy National Day!
It was a wonderful day singing the national day songs last Friday, don't you think? What I learnt on that day was that having a safe country was something not to be taken for granted, and that we should be grateful for all that we are given. Comparing ourselves to other more needy nations, we are indeed more fortunate.
Apart from that, it was also something happy to look forward to with other Singaporeans wearing red and celebrating together.
